Defect

Tyres of the type “Sport Maxx RT Noise Shield 265/30 ZR 20”, which were supplied by the Dunlop company, do not fully comply with the approval test requirements of UN/ECE R30 which was the evidence used to certify to Australian Design Rule ADR 23/02.

Hazard

In the top speed range permissible for this tyre, tread chunking can occur.
