Defect

The dual chamber compressed air storage tank(s) may unexpectedly rupture due to metal fatigue.

Hazard

If the compressed air storage tank(s) rupture, the vehicle will immediately lose brake pressure to the primary brake circuit and potentially the park brake circuit. This could result in an accident causing injury or death of vehicle occupants or other road users.

Remedy
