Defect

The fuel transfer tube is defective. Fuel flow can be restricted, creating the potential for the engine to stall under certain operating conditions, such as high temperatures, high altitudes and the use of fuel with high vapour pressure.

Hazard

If the vehicle stalls unexpectedly, this can pose a safety hazard to the driver and other road users.
