Defect

The engine beauty cover on some vehicles may detach from the engine and come in contact with the catalytic converter.

Hazard

If the engine beauty cover remains in contact with the catalytic converter, under hood smoke and/or a fire may occur.

Remedy

FCA Australia will notify vehicle owners who can take their vehicle to a Fiat dealership whereby the dealer will remedy the defect. For further information regarding the recall customer can call 1300 133 079.
