Defect

The window sashes may separate from the window frames under extreme conditions.

Hazard

If the window sash separates from the window frame while in motion, the window could possibly be ejected, causing a hazard to road users.

Remedy

Customers should contact the nearest Jayco dealer or Jayco service agent to have additional locks fitted to the window sashes as required. Letters will be sent to all affected customers.
