Defect

The axle U-bolt nuts may have been installed with the incorrect torque setting.

Hazard

Should the U-bolts be loose, this may allow the suspension spring to move and affect the alignment of the axle. This may cause the van to be less stable than normal while towing.

Remedy

Please contact your nearest Jayco dealer or service agent to arrange for an inspection and rectification as required. Alternatively, call LUBE MOBILE on 13 30 32 and check if they operate in your area. If they do, you can make a booking and have the rectifications carried out free of charge.
