Defect

The roof lifting system could drop up to 450mm during opening or closing operations.

Hazard

Should the roof lifting system fail during operation it could pose a potential crushing hazard to hands or limbs.

Remedy

There is two types of repairs required for this recall depending on the model and time of build. If the van is within our Category 1 repair Please do not use your camper until the recall has been completed. Call your closest Jayco Dealer or Jayco Authorised Service agent immediately and book your van in for inspection and possible rectification. If it's within the Category 2 repairs - Call your closest Jayco Dealer or Jayco Authorised Service agent and book your van in for inspection and possible rectification.
