Defect

There is a design flaw with the wiring to the door trim illumination.

Hazard

The wiring may short and cause heat damage.

Remedy

Arrange an appointment with your nearest Kia service dealer to arrange inspection and replacement of the wiring loom for the door trim illumination on all four doors.
