Defect

Engine oil leaks have occurred from certain oil cooler hoses in a small number of 2ZZ powertrain Elise, Exige and 2-Eleven vehicles and 2GR powertrain Evora vehicles manufactured between June 1, 2004 and July 31, 2011.

Hazard

If the defect occurs, this may present an accident hazard or risk of fire.

Remedy

We shall contact all customers advising them to contact their authorised Lotus dealer.
