Defect

In certain conditions vehicles may experience the turbo boost increasing faster than the enrichment of the air/fuel ratio, which may result in Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) illumination, rough idling, engine noise, engine mis-fire or engine damage.

Hazard

In the worst case scenario engine may experience partial loss of power.

Remedy

Consumers should contact their nearest Subaru Dealership to arrange for repairs to take place.
