Defect

A bonding condition may exist with the glass panel on the sunroof.

Hazard

In some instances, the glass panel could separate from its frame and dislodge from the vehicles while in motion.

Remedy

Ford will write to owners of affected vehicles. Owners are advised to contact their authorised dealership for inspection and rectification. For further information, contact any authorised Ford Dealer or Ford's Customer Relationship Centre on 1800 503 672.
