Defect

It is possible that the brake booster vacuum hose may swell if it comes in contact with oil and become dislodged from the engine. Should this occur, a loss of power brake assistance and an increase in engine idle speed could result leading to malfunction.

All owners will be contacted by mail and asked to return the vehicle to any authorised Chrysler Jeep Dealer where the replacement will be carried out free of charge. For further information contact DaimlerChrysler on (03) 9566 9192.
