Defect

The lower rubber mounts may come loose from the rear shock absorbers. If this occurs , wheel guidance would be lost and, depending on the driving situation, it may no longer be possible to control the vehicle safely.

Hazard

Road accident resulting in death or serious injury.

Remedy

The rear shock aborbers should be replaced. Contact your preferred Authorised BMW Dealer as soon as possible. For further information and guidance call your preferred BMW Dealer or BMW Group Australia on 1800 813 299.
