Defect

LPG liquid could escape from the hand tap spindle, due to undersized o'rings which were provided as part of a faulty batch.

Remedy

If you believe you have an LPG Autogas cylinder fitted to your vehicle which was manufactured during the relevant period, you should: Continue to drive on LPG but not refill, switching to petrol once the tank is empty; take your vehicle to the person who installed it or a Licensed LPG mechanic to arrange for a quick changeover of the faulty part at no cost.
