Defect

The product's identification plate displays the incorrect vehicle category. In addition, the headlamp may not meet regulated requirements and the noise label fitted to the scooter may be incorrect.

Hazard

If the headlight type is not correct this may pose a traffic hazard to the rider and/or other road users due to reduced visibility.

Remedy

Consumers should return the scooter to their supplying dealer for inspection and to rectify defects if required.
