Defect

The passenger air bag warning label was not fitted to the left side of the dashboard.

Hazard

Customers could inadvertently fit a child seat to the front passenger seat and, in the event of the air bag deploying, the child may be injured.

Remedy

Customers will receive a letter instructing them to contact their preferred Ssangyong motor dealer. For any additional information and assistance please call Ssangyong Customer Assistance on the toll free number 1800 731 252.
