The charge air cooler (CAC) hose can detach from the charge air cooler resonator.

If the defect occurs, the driver may hear a loud pop noise and the engine may cut out, possibly causing a hazard to the driver and other road users.

A letter will be sent to affected owners. Owners are advised to contact their authorised Jaguar dealership for inspections and rectification.
