Defect

During production the LHS and RHS front seatbelts may have been swapped.

Hazard

The defect may affect restraint performance, presenting a serious risk of injury to the occupants in the event of a collision.

Remedy

A letter will be sent to affected owners. Customers may contact a local Nissan dealer to arrange for inspection and, where necessary, rectification of the front seat belts.
