Defect

There is a possibility that the sealing property of the gasket between the fuel pressure sensor and the fuel delivery pipe could become degraded over time and may result in a fuel leak.

Hazard

If the defect occurs there is a possibility of a fire hazard.

Remedy

If an owner detects a smell of fuel either inside or outside the vehicle, Lexus recommends to immediately stop driving the vehicle and contact their nearest Lexus Dealer for diagnosis and repair. Owners of the involved vehicles will be notified by mail to their last known address. This will be performed at NO COST to the vehicle owner
