Defect

The compressed air system vent valve may become blocked. A blocked vent valve will result in a pressure increase in the air dryer which may result in the top of the air dryer detaching.

Hazard

If the defect occurs, this poses a potential accident hazard to other road users.

Remedy

A letter will be sent to owners of affected vehicles.
