Defect

The vehicle could experience fuel starvation due to the tank fuel pump cutting out.

Hazard

If the defect occurs, the vehicle will lose brake assistance, Power Assisted Steering will be lost, and the vehicle will cut out without any warning, posing an accident hazard to the driver and other road users.

Remedy

Owners will be notified and instructed to take their vehicle to a Jaguar dealer who will inspect the vehicle and repair if required.
