Defect

Affected jacks do not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard for vehicle jacks (based on the Australian/New Zealand Standard: AS/NZS 2693).

Hazard

Consumers may incorrectly use the product, creating a crushing hazard.

Remedy

A letter is being sent to all affected customers. A replacement jack will be fitted to all affected vehicles.
