Defect

The four mounting bolts used to secure the Bull Bar may not meet specification and could fracture.

Hazard

If the defect occurs, the Bull Bar may separate from the vehicle, posing a traffic hazard.

Remedy

Ford will write to owners of all affected vehicles. Until the Safety Recall Service is completed it is recommended that affected PX Rangers should be driven with caution and at moderate speed. Owners are advised to contact their Ford authorised Dealership for inspection and rectification. For further information, contact any authorised Ford Dealer or Ford's Customer Relationship Centre on 1800 503 672.
