Defect

The valve on the vacuum pump in the brake assistance circuit may have a manufacturing non-conformity.

Hazard

In time the defect could alter the braking assistance.

Remedy

A registered letter is being sent to all owners contactable by Peugeot Automobiles Australia within the affected VIN range. Owners are advised to make an appointment with their servicing dealer to have the necessary rectifications made, free of charge.
