Defect

There is a possibility that the battery's negative cable is incorrect in length.

Hazard

The battery's negative cable may break, and should this occur, the vehicle would stall without the ability to be re-started.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by letter. Owners are advised to make an appointment with their servicing dealer to have the necessary rectifications made, free of charge.
