Defect

The vehicle may suffer reduced brake performance and/or a spongy low brake pedal due to a sticky valve within the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).

Hazard

If the defect occurs, the braking performance of the vehicle will be reduced, which poses a potential crash hazard.

This service operates 8am to 7pm EST Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm EST Saturdays except National Public Holidays.
