Defect

Due to a defect with the suspension mounting system, the suspension may fail. This could result in a loss of caravan control.

Hazard

A loss of caravan control will increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to occupants and other road users.

Remedy

Note: Owners should cease using their caravan until repairs have been completed. AMH Products will contact affected owners in writing, requesting that they make an appointment at their preferred centre to have the work carried out free of charge.
