Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the interior footwell cover may cause interference with accelerator pedal.

Hazard

Interference with the accelerator pedal while driving increases the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles can contact their most convenient Mercedes-Benz dealership to have the footwell cover repaired, free of charge.
