Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the trailer floor plate welding may crack and could allow metal plates to become loose or detach from the trailer.

Hazard

Detached metal floor plates could become a projectile or road hazard that could increase the risk of an accident, serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.

Remedy

Owner to contact the consumer in writing and arrange for the work to be carried out free of charge.
