REC-001492
active2006–2007 Volvo S80
The power steering return line may fail due to incorrect routing of the power steering cooling line. Should this condition occur, it may result in a sudden drainage of power steering oil and a loss of power steering assistance. Since this may appear suddenly and without any relevant warnings to the driver, this condition poses an unreasonable risk to motor vehicle safety.

REC-003367
active0 LEXUS RX400h
The inverter assembly is part of the hybrid system. The transistors on the control boards located inside the inverter assembly in some of the involved vehicles were inadequately soldered, and could be damaged by heat that occurs from large current flows that are typical under high-load driving conditions. If this occurs, various warning lamps will be illuminated on the instrument panel and in most instances the vehicle will enter a fail-safe driving mode, resulting in reduced power.
Light Vehicle

REC-003368
active0 Toyota FJ Cruiser
In the SRS side airbag and curtain shield airbag system of the involved vehicles, due to the incorrect side airbag sensor polarity, the G-force threshold to detect a side impact may be incorrectly set to the improper direction.

REC-004886
active0 Volvo C30 DRIVe
The cover panel on top of the engine can chafe against the vacuum pump and the brake booster, and in some cases this condition may lead to a vacuum leak in the brake booster system. If this chafing condition should occur, depending on the size of the hole on the vacuum hose, it may lead to a gradual reduction of brake booster assistance while braking i.e. a hard pedal brake.

REC-003365
active0 Toyota Prius NHW11
In the electric power steering rack and pinion assembly of affected vehicles, if the steering wheel is frequently turned to the full lock position with high force, there is the possibility that the nuts that secure the pinion shaft may become loose. If the vehicle is continually operated in this condition, the pinion shaft clearance may change, causing power generated by the EPS motor not to be fully transmitted, resulting in reduced power steering assistance.
